1.25 Acre Agricultural Land near Bellevue Chopin

Here we have a fine plot of agricultural land in one of the most fertile growing areas of Dominica. Situated at Cavalier, about 1 mile south of Bellevue­­­ Chopin, this elevated land is flat to gently sloping and currently under cultivation with a variety of crops.

Among the foods planted and growing, you will find plenty of pineapples and ground provisions. There are a number of fruit trees on the land including avocado, mango, coconut, breadfruit, papaya, soursop and coffee.  The vegetable beds are in place and need only to be planted by the new owner.  The cooler climate, abundant rainfall and rich volcanic soil provide ideal conditions to cultivate just about anything you can dream of.

The access road, from the Piero road to the land was damaged during Hurricane Maria and remains unmotorable to date. There may be government assistance in re-establishing the road for farmers’ access but nothing is definite yet. 

Meanwhile, the property is accessed by a footpath from the main road between Bellevue Chopin and Pichelin. From here, it is just a 5-minute walk to reach your garden paradise.
