Currently the cabin enjoys off-grid status with solar panels and a 200 gal water tank. However, water and utilities are already available nearby and can be connected easily and quickly if one desires.
Rising up from the beach, the land is predominantly red soil. Coconut palms, almond, mango and a coffee tree are present as well as a lawn. Ornamental and flowering shrubs and plants complete the picture-perfect landscape.
The setting is peaceful and private with a friendly and supportive community. A small shop and beach bar are located at the other end of the beach, perhaps a minute walk away.
The popular village of Calibishi is a 10 min drive away and it is approx. 25 min driving time to the Douglas Charles airport. Portsmouth with all its amenities is a 20 min drive.
